Utilizing our extensive knowledge in youth fitness and early education instructors, Fit-2-Learn combines fine motor skills with physical development ensuring your preschooler is well-balanced.
In addition to learning traditional academic skills taught by certified preschool teachers, children participate in a fun, action-packed physical education class where they learn strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
Our curriculum taught in a small group setting, focuses on cognitive, social, and physical skills needed to thrive in kindergarten. Designed to connect with a child's eagerness to learn, we strive to provide a nurturing and play-encouraged environment.
8:30am-11:30am Monday-Friday, including physical education.
Child must be 3yrs old before Sept 1st
Child must be fully potty trained
Child will NOT be considered enrolled until all documents and registration submitted.

Do you have an energetic, independent toddler or maybe one who tends to be shy or slow to warm up?
Let Them Play is the perfect solution! Let Them Play is an action-packed, skills-based play-date designed specifically for toddlers. Through creative playdates your child has the opportunity to gain confidence and make new friends while learning key fundamentals, while allowing you a few hours to catch-up, rest, or workout!
We offer two-day and three-day programs to fit your busy schedule. Our play dates are Tuesday through Thursday from 8:45 to 11:45 a.m. with weekly and monthly tuition options available. We do not offer drop-in playdates, so please schedule in advance.
Our curriculum is based on monthly themes allowing us to explore various topics and keep your child entertained and engaged. Our curriculum also supports positive developmental growth, including physical, mental, social, emotional, and moral.

Fit-N-Strong is a strength and conditioning class for both boys and girls that utilizes various exercises and activities to develop speed, endurance, and agility. Our age-approperiate exercises are done in fun atmosphere designed to help participants leave class feeling stronger and more confident!

In this high energy class, kids can burn energy jumping and climbing their way through obstacles while developing balance, coordination, and agility.

Is your athlete interested in cheer but not sure if they're ready to commit? Perhaps your athlete is just starting out and you don't know where to start? Our FUNdamentals program is designed for children like yours.
FUNdamentals is a 3 tier program based on progressions. Each tier consist of a 12 week course and as athletes master course skills they progress through the program.
During this class, athletes will:
Increase flexibility through stretching skills, learn motions, jumps, stunting skills, and choreography counts.
Athletes gain confidence while engaging in activities that encourage both growth and fun.
At the end of the course athletes perform a short, pressure-free, choreographed routine showcasing their new skills family and friends.
FUNdamentals provides our athlets a taste of ALL STAR cheer with a short term commitment; allowing you the opportunity to decide if ALL STAR cheer is right for you!
Classes Monday's 4:50pm
Xtreme Fit program is designed specifically for junior high and high school students looking to improve athletic performance, develop strength, power, speed, and conditioning.
In a traditional gym environment, Xtreme Fit allows pre-teens and teens the opportunity to achieve physical development while learning the importance of a healthy lifestyle and responsibility.
The improvements in fitness will also lead to greater self-confidence and a positive self-image.
Upon completion of the first month, students will be evaluated and allowed to freely use the gym in addition to the weekly class schedule.
Classes Tuesday's 6pm
ReBoot is a bootcamp setting where you get to exercise at your own pace through a series of strength training and cardio full body movements that will leave you sweating and your muscles burning. ReBoot is exactly what it says it is, a refresh and restart workout. You will feel powerful, accomplished, and strong after this class, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast!
ReBoot meets each Tuesday/Thursday at 6:00pm for 8 weeks starting October 3rd.
Enroll alone for $75.00 or with someone for $125.00. Must be 12yrs old to complete ReBoot camp.
GROUP FITNESS CLASS
Group classes meet Tuesday-Thursday 9:00-10:00am and should be purchased in advance.
