Fit-N-Strong is a strength and conditioning class for both boys and girls that utilizes various exercises and activities to develop speed, endurance, and agility. Our age-approperiate exercises are done in fun atmosphere designed to help participants leave class feeling stronger and more confident! Who can benefit from the Fit-N-Strong class?
