Xtreme Fit program is designed specifically for junior high and high school students looking to improve athletic performance, develop strength, power, speed, and conditioning. In a traditional gym environment, Xtreme Fit allows pre-teens and teens the opportunity to achieve physical development while learning the importance of a healthy lifestyle and responsibility. The improvements in fitness will also lead to greater self-confidence and a positive self-image. While students will be evaluated on proper training techniques and assistance will be available, this is a conventional gym membership that allows them to use the gym during open hours. Ages 12+
